Return & Refund


Treed will provide a refund or replacement only if one is requested within 7 day of the receipt of your order and only under the conditions listed below.

  1. Delayed delivery of the product In case the product is not received, you can cancel the order and the full amount will be refunded back to the you within 14 working days. (Treed is not responsible for delays in refund processing because of delays caused by banks, calamities or national holidays).
  2. Wrong product received
  3. Under conditions 2, we will arrange for a reverse-pickup. The refund or replacement will only be processed upon receipt & verification of the complete product with packaging & accessories. The cost of any missing or damaged items (including the box) apart from those notified by you, will be debited from the advance payment done & the remaining payment will be refunded. If a replacement is demanded, then the cost of any missing items need to be paid in advance, prior to the shipment of the replacement product.
  4. Under no condition will a refund or replacement be provided for any defect-free product, on the basis of look & feel or minor differences in shades, or colors.


    • Customized or engraved orders.
    • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
    • Returns received in damaged/worn condition.
    • Returns received after 20 days of the original order shipment date.
    • Shipping charges, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.


    • If your product is within the return window, please send us an email to requesting approval. The returns team will respond to the request within 48 hrs providing you details of where to ship the return. 
    • Please self-ship the product within 48hrs after the return request is approved.
    • Please ensure that the product is returned to our warehouse within 72 HRS post approval with all the accessories and original packaging.
    • Please make sure when you are returning the product, you pack it properly. Treed will not be liable if the product is damaged in transit during return.
    • Once the product is returned and received by the warehouse, the warehouse team will check and ensure everything is correct.
    • Once everything is verified, your refund less any shipping charges will be processed. If the product is found damaged or found missing, no refund will be provided.
    • We usually process all refunds within 48hrs of the warehouse receiving your returns. 


    You have the option to cancel your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse. To cancel the order, please contact us.

    We will not accept cancellation request of wooden watch purchased with engraving option if engraving has been done.

    We will process refund (less any payment processing fees) within 3 days for the cancelled order.

    If customer refused to accept the order, We will notify you upon receipt of the returned package and you may choose between 1. Reshipment of the package (additional shipping charge applies) 2. Refund for the order (less any payment processing, shipping, sizing fee, & customization fees)
