Shipping

There are no shipping charges for any orders at treed.in

We make our best effort to ensure that each item in your order is shipped out within 3 working days of the order date. However, in some cases it may take up to 5 or more working days during festivals, sales or when there are other mitigating circumstances.

Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday will be processed the next day.

Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your order to arrive.

Delivery times are influenced by product availability, your shipping destination and the courier partner's time-to-deliver to your location. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your order to arrive.

All orders are shipped with an invoice from Treed. In case you don't receive an invoice, you may contact us by filling simple FORM

A shipping confirmation with your tracking ID will be sent to you after the product has been dispatched. You can use this ID to track your order by visiting treed.in and clicking on "Track your order"

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact Treed Customer Service immediately with your order ID and images of the product. Treed will dispatch a replacement or initiate a refund immediately.

If you believe that the packaging of your order has been tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to take delivery of the package and contact us, mentioning your order ID. Treed will dispatch a replacement or initiate a refund immediately

We will notify you upon receipt of the returned package and you may choose between 1. Reshipment of the package (additional shipping charge applies) 2. Refund for the order (less any shipping, sizing fee, & customization fees)

Orders

You have the option to cancel your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse. To cancel the order, please contact us.

*We will not accept cancellation request of wooden watch purchased with engraving option if engraving has been done.

Please contact us for changing your delivery address. Delivery address cannot be changed once the product has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Before the order is dispatched, Please contact us. Product/Color cannot be changed once the product has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Payment

Keeping in mind the health and safety in these times, we accept prepaid orders only to minimize the contact. You can choose to pay by the following options:

Credit/Debit Card Payment, Net Banking, Wallets, UPI/QR

No, there are no hidden charges. All listed prices are inclusive of all taxes. We provide free shipping on all orders.

We do not allow multiple cards or coupon codes to be used on a single order.

Warranty & Returns

We want your return to be seamless, so please check out our Return & Refund page for more information.

Yes, you would be responsible for shipping costs when sending the product to us but we’d be happy to pay for it to come back to you if you are eligible for replacement.

Returns are usually processed within 4-7 business days after we receive your package and we will surely email you once your refund has been processed.

Since we made the engraved products special for you, we would not be able to accept it as a return or an exchange.

Wooden Watches

The materials we use are products of nature. Just like every tree or stone is different, our models are also unique. As such, every model has its own personal characteristics with regard to coloring and texture. You therefore receive a genuinely exclusive, individually unique product. Indeed, your own personal piece of nature.

Generally our wooden watches aren't waterproof. Water spray and sweat aren't a problem for the wood, however, wood is a natural material and can become altered through too much contact with water. In every case, we recommend removing your Treed product before washing hands, showering, during sport, and while swimming, so you can enjoy your piece of nature for as long as possible.

Yes! Treed offers both watch and box engraving on select models.

* Due to the unique nature of each timepiece, the engraved text on the back may not align with the face of the watch.

Wooden watches are extremely pleasant to wear. Because of their light weight and special feel they are exceptionally comfortable on your wrist.

For our products we use specially selected hardwoods that remain durable and solid throughout everyday life. However, please be aware that wood does not have the same resilience as metal.

Generally our models don’t require any special nurturing, indeed the wood becomes nicer and smoother over time. Nevertheless, if you want to give your wooden watches some additional care, you can occasionally treat them with beeswax or natural wood oils.

Despite this, please note that wood is a product of nature and can be affected by exposure to the elements.

Our products are made from environmentally friendly timbers or wood offcuts from the furniture industry.

Each watch is equipped with top quality Japanese movement either from Seiko or Citizen. Please check our product page to see details.

We use mineral crystal glass that has been heat treated or chemically treated to withstand scratches.

We use lithium-ion battery that should last 2-3 years.

*Changing a battery should be done at a local watch shop and should not be attempted on your own.

With proper care, your wood watch can be worn for many years to come.

The biggest enemy of wood is sudden changes in temperature and humidity. This means if you leave your watch in a car on a hot sunny day, the high temperature has the ability to swell the wood and cause it to crack. Same with leaving it in the car on a particularly cold day or night, the cold will shrink the wood, putting pressure against the glass and pins and could cause breakage at those points.

Humidity control is also important. Too much and the wood will absorb the water and swell, too little and it will dry out the wood and shrink. Swelling and shrinking increase the possibility of cracking at the time and in the future.

SO, when you are not wearing your watch be sure that it is inside, and also protected in its original packaging to protect it from an overly wet or dry environment.

Smartwatches

Yes, Treed smartwatches features a full touchscreen display.

Yes. Treed smartwatch has an IP68 rating. It can go underwater up to a depth of 1.5m for up to 30 minutes. However, avoid saunas, hot water and ocean water.

Treed smartwatch does not feature a camera. However, it can be used as a remote control for your phone’s camera via Bluetooth.

Yes, you can reject calls from the smartwatch.

Treed smartwatch has a remote music control feature that controls music playing on your phone as long as your smartphone and smartwatch are in BT range. However, it cannot be used to store music.

Yes, you can change the watch faces.
